STS Labs (Cambridge Sustainable Technology Solutions Ltd) is an engineering-led company developing innovative thermal energy reuse products with humanitarian and sustainability benefits. Their flagship product, ClimaCubby, leverages vehicle climate control systems to create thermal transportation solutions without costly modifications — aimed at NGOs, food delivery services, and emergency responders.
Growth Works was a £25 million publicly-funded, commercially-delivered business growth service operating in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough from 2021–2023. Its mission was to support high-growth potential start-ups and innovative businesses to scale, create new jobs, and attract inward investment to the region.
We acted as the external Marketing Director for the CPCA Growth Hub, delivering a fully integrated marketing, branding, and optimisation strategy while also representing the brand at events.
We worked with a UK-based IT and managed services provider to strengthen their digital marketing foundations and support long-term growth. The focus was on improving online visibility, refining messaging, and putting in place practical systems that could be managed internally over time.
